Course Overview
This comprehensive online video course, approved for 12 continuing education hours by NCBTMB, focuses on Trigger Point Release applications. You will learn how to examine and treat muscles and their attachments in layers, starting with the surface muscles and connective tissues, and progressing to deeper ligaments and tissues. Upon completion, you will have the skills to realign deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue, effectively break down adhesions (bands of painful, rigid tissue) in muscles, tendons, and ligaments, and alleviate muscle tension or injury while reducing soft tissue inflammation.
