He oversees sports medicine for the women’s track and field and cross-country teams. His collegiate experience also includes working as a strength and conditioning coach for basketball and volleyball and as an athletic trainer for the baseball team.
Mitch’s specialist interests include functional movement, biomechanics, and metabolics. This combination informs a practical approach that connects rehabilitation, physical preparation, and progressive return to performance.
