Earthlite Deluxe Adjustable Headrest - Platform Only

Earthlite's Adjustable Deluxe Face Cradle Platform has a single cam lever which provides both height and angle adjustments without extending away from the table. In addition to tilting to any desired angle, it can also be adjusted vertically, to comfortably fit your full figured clients. It folds out of the way when not in use. Platform available in black.

Please note this item is the platform only, without face cushion. 

This platform fits Earthlite tables and tables with 8" center to center outlet holes. If you are unsure of the manufacturer of your table, take a look underneath it and there is often a sticker stating the table's size, manufacturer's name, etc. If still unsure, please call or e-mail us!
