Description

The Roleo PRO is designed to alleviate pain from repetitive stress injuries, providing a delightful massage experience similar to having your own personal massage therapist at your fingertips!

  • User-Friendly: Simple to operate and costs less than a single massage session.
  • Versatile Relief: Ideal for relieving pain in the hand, wrist, forearm, elbow, and feet.
  • Targeted Therapy: Effectively addresses repetitive strain injuries by focusing on specific pain points.
  • Convenient and Portable: Requires no electricity or batteries; lightweight and easy to carry.
  • Designed in the USA: A perfect self-care tool for massage therapists, physical therapists, or anyone engaged in hands-on or repetitive activities.

How to Use the Roleo PRO

  1. Initial Setup: Place one hand on the top-mounted knob/handle. Start by adjusting the pressure to the lightest setting by turning the knob counterclockwise until it stops. Do not force the knob beyond its natural stopping point.

  2. Positioning: Slip the fingers of your other hand between the rollers and gently push your arm forward until the crook of your elbow is nearly touching the rollers.

  3. Massage Motion: With your arm positioned, use a slow "push and pull" motion to massage the forearm muscles. Focus on areas where you feel tension.

  4. Pressure Points: If you encounter a tight or painful spot, hold your arm still to maintain pressure on that "trigger point." Rotate your wrist gently to stretch the muscle while applying pressure.

  5. Targeting Tight Areas: Turn the palm side of your forearm up towards the upper roller to direct the ridges into any tight or sore muscles.

  6. Wrist and Hand Movement: Gently move your wrist or hand in and out of the rollers, concentrating the upper roller's ridges between the bones of your wrist, hand, and fingers. Some initial discomfort may occur when the roller contacts bony areas, but this typically diminishes with regular use.

Happy Rolling!
