The Roleo PRO is designed to relieve pain from repetitive stress injuries and carpal tunnel syndrome. Using it feels like enjoying a massage from your very own personal therapist!

  • Ideal for Self-Care: Perfect for massage therapists, physical therapists, or anyone engaged in hands-on or repetitive work.
  • Targeted Relief: Effectively alleviates wrist and hand pain.
  • Bonus Finger Massager: Includes a tool for individually massaging each finger.
  • Stress Reduction: Helps to relax muscles and reduce stress.
  • Easy to Use Anywhere: Convenient for home or office use.
  • No Power Needed: Operates without electricity or batteries.

Positioning the Roleo

  1. Set-Up: Place the Roleo on a flat surface, like a desk or table, ensuring it aligns with your computer keyboard at elbow height when seated, with arms hanging straight down.

  2. Alternative Positioning: You can also use the Roleo on a higher countertop while standing or place it on your lap when seated.

Using the Roleo

  1. Initial Setup: Place one hand on the top-mounted knob/handle. Start by adjusting the pressure to the lightest setting by turning it counterclockwise until it stops. Do not force the knob beyond its natural limit.

  2. Position Your Arm: Slip the fingers of your other hand between the rollers and gently push your arm forward until the crook of your elbow nearly touches the rollers.

  3. Massage Technique: With your arm positioned, use a slow "push and pull" motion to massage the forearm muscles. Adjust the pressure according to your comfort, beginning at the lightest setting and gradually increasing.

  4. Focus on Tension Areas: Concentrate on tight or painful spots. Hold your arm still on these "pressure points" to maintain pressure. Rotate your wrist gently to stretch the muscles under the roller.

  5. Targeting Sore Areas: Turn your forearm palm up toward the upper roller to direct the ridges into any tight muscles.

  6. Wrist and Hand Movement: Gently move your wrist or hand in and out of the rollers, allowing the upper roller's ridges to work between the bones of your wrist, hand, and fingers. Some initial discomfort may occur when the roller contacts bony areas, but this typically eases with use. If needed, lower the pressure to reduce discomfort.

Happy Rolling!
